eHome America is the Nation’s premiere online homebuyer education provider and offers three distinct online homebuyer education courses for KNHS to consumers receiving home loans from the U.S. Department of Agriculture through USDA Rural Development.

• Shop for a home
• Maintain your home
Certificate of completion presented to client and/or lender upon completion of counseling session with a homeownership advisor (if required).
eHome Money Management
eHome Money Management empowers you to:
• Understand Savings and Spending
• Understand Credit
• Manage Personal Finances
We work with non profit organizations and counselors to ensure you receive unbiased advice from professionals in your local community.
Post Purchase Homeowner Education

Certificate of completion awarded through KNHS upon completion.
99.00 per course/registration. The course fee is non-refundable.
